Harkness

This past Sunday, our family went to the shore after church. We ate at Captain Scott's and then headed over to Harkness to watch the sunset. Which, by the way, was beautiful! I will let the pictures speak for themselves!

Summer & School Update

Well, this is it. The first day of the last year of college. I'm excited and ready for the year to be done! Just thought I'd share a few pictures. 

Here's Eliza, looking all pretty and ready to go to the 4H fair a few weeks ago!

I've been trying really hard to get this cowl finished. I am almost done, just a few more rows!

Kiwi. This kitty loves to snuggle. Here she is squished between my leg and the arm of the couch. 

On the way to her first vet appointment. So glad Aaron buckled her in :)

This kitty also climbs anything. Here she is making her way up the curtains in the living room!

And she made it!

Virkler Kiddos

A couple weeks ago, I babysat my cousin's kids as he and his wife travelled for a business trip.

We went to Jumpin Jonnie's one day. Its a big warehouse with lots of inflatable bounce houses. The kids loved it!

My friend Rachel brought the 3 kids she was watching, and all the kids played so good together!

We went to Friendly's afterwards for lunch and ice cream!

Little Makenna got a black eye that week but she never complained about it at all!

Block Island

Last week I went to Block Island for the day with some other girls. There were 2 sisters here from Minnesota, so 4 of use from Rockville took them to Block Island for the day. We had an absolute blast! We drove down to the shore Wednesday night after church and stayed overnight at the Bahler girls house.

We rented mopeds for a few hours. They were so much fun. I would definitely recommend doing it!

We took the ferry back that night and headed back to the Bahler girls house for supper. We then went over to the shore to watch the sunset and take more pictures!

JaNae and I drove back home that night as we were leaving the next day to head to Ohio for a wedding. The other girls stayed overnight again and spent all day Friday at the beach.
