Memorial Day

We went to the parade in the center of town today. My sister and brother both marched with the fire department. I'm not exactly sure what happened, but the parade didn't go as planned, so where we were standing we only got to see the first part of the parade. So, unfortunately, we never got to see the fire department march in front of us. The only pictures we got of them were taken when we were at the cemetery for the ceremony there.

It was still fun even though we didn't see most of the parade. It was stifling hot though!

Mother's Day

For Mother's Day, we went down to the shore for the afternoon after church. It was beautiful and perfect weather!

My sister and I were walking, and we came across these goldfish. So we yelled to my brothers, "Come look at all the dead fish!"

It was funny :)

We went to Captain Scott's for supper. This outdoor restaurant is really good, but they are always very busy. While we waited in line for 1 1/2 hours, we watched the sunset over the marina.
