New Hampshire # 4

So for those of you who know me well, you know that I am quite fond of sunsets and pretty skies. Hence the title of my blog, "There's a Silver Lining Behind Every Cloud!" Anyway, while at Lake Winnipesaukee, the sun set every night right over the lake. I certainly enjoyed it every night! I took LOTS of pictures. Instead of sharing all of them, I will share most of them a few of my favorites!

New Hampshire # 3

We spent the whole day on Saturday and most of our evenings just relaxing on the beach and swimming in the lake. These are the only pictures I have though as I was preoccupied with enjoying the sun.

New Hampshire # 2

We also spent a day at Clark's Trading Post. First we took a ride on the train to see Wolfman! Some of the little kids were kinda scared of the guy!

Then we watched the circus, which was really neat too.

These girls were so flexible! It was amazing!

This was a balancing act. It's kind of hard to see, but she had a cup balancing on her nose, and then different levels of glass with liquids and burning candles. She started small, and her assistants kept adding more things! As you can see in the next picture, she climbed all the way up the ladder while balancing it all.

It's kind of hard to see again, but the girls then did some more acts while twirling glass plates on sticks.

We walked around for a bit then, and finally it was time for what I had been waiting for. The Bear Show!! The Clark family raises these bears, they get them when they are little cubs after their mamas abandon them. Then the family raises them. The two people you will see in the pictures are siblings, and their parents own Clark's Trading Post. The guy said that he can remember when he was young having little bear cubs running around the kitchen!

I love this next picture. I happened to snap it at the right moment!

They trained the bears to get in this bucket, and then they would stick their tongues out the hole and lick the ice cream cone, all while the guy spins it in circles. Pretty neat!

There were 2 different bears that were in this show, but they pretty much look the same!

The boys did bumper boats and they had little water guns on the front. Let's just say, we all got wet!

Overall, lots of fun that day! I would totally recommend this place, they have tons of different activities for all ages!
