I've been in need of a hobby for some time now, but just have not found anything that I thought I would like. Quite a few people had suggested some type of sewing, but I just didn't think I would like it. I finally decided to give knitting a try. So on Saturday afternoon, I went to my first class and learned how to knit! This project is hopefully going to be a scarf when I'm done. It's basically just for me to learn how to do it and have practice before I do anything huge!
So far it's been okay, still not completely sure what I'm doing! But with a little time, and a lot of help from my gram and aunt's, I'm hoping that my projects will start to look a lot better than this one!
