Eliza Lou

I've been enjoying babysitting for this little cutie! Here's some pictures to show how cute she is!






 She is such a good little baby too! Got lots of studying done last semester while I was watching her! Hoping this semester goes like that too!

Broccoli-Cheese with Noodles Soup (Crockpot)

This recipe comes from my crockpot cookbook, and it was absolutely delicious! The whole family loved it and I know I will be making it often!

Ingredients:
2 cups cooked noodles
10-oz. pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
3 Tbsp. chopped onions
2 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. flour
2 cups velveeta cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
5 1/2 cups milk


1. Cook noodles just until soft in saucepan while combining rest of ingredients in slow cooker. Mix well.
2. Drain cooked noodles and stir into slow cooker
3. Cover. Cook on low 4 hours.

Year in Review - 2013

January:
Marked one year since my uncle and aunt's barn fire. It was amazing to see the progress that had been made!



February:
These little boys were born!



March:
Going to NYC with a friend to visit a friend!



April:
Easter with the Virkler family in NY. And yes, there was snow and we went sledding!




May:
Spending Mother's Day with a picnic on the beach.



June:
Serving church lunch and baking ALL our sweets!


July:
Surprising my cousin and spending 2 weeks with her!


August:
Freezing corn! We hadn't done it for a few years, and it was hard work, but we are enjoying it!



September:
Labor Day Weekend!


October:
Surprising Aunt Deb for her 50th birthday!


November:
Getting together with my Sunday School Class and the year ahead of us.


December:
Christmas!
